Our studio specializes semi-private personal training memberships, focusing solely on personalized training sessions. Unlike an open gym, our approach ensures a more intimate and attentive environment. Each member benefits from tailored training programs and dedicated attention from our certified trainers. In addition to semi-private personal training, we also offer group training memberships but we are not an open gym.
We also offer a specialized Parkinson’s Program, designed to support individuals living with Parkinson’s disease through safe, targeted exercise led by trainers experienced in working with this population.
The cost of a membership depends on which type of program you join. We recommend scheduling a free consultation so that we can get a better understanding of your goals and current fitness level so that we can recommend the right program for you.
Yes, to help you find the right program, we offer a free trial class. To get started, you can book a free consultation to learn more about the different classes we have to offer or contact us through our chat feature on our website.
We are open Monday - Friday. We offer classes as early as 6:30 AM and as late as 5:00 PM. Since class times vary daily and our office closes intermittently during off-hours, we recommend scheduling an appointment for a general overview of our programs.
You can also use the chat feature on the bottom right corner of our website if you have any questions.
Yes, we work with clients who have or had injuries, as long as you are cleared from your doctor to exercise. We also have many clients that begin working with us after completing post-cardiac rehab and physical therapy.
Please contact your insurance company to see what fitness benefits they offer as we do not work directly with insurance companies.
Every personal training client at Still Got It Fitness begins with a one-on-one consultation with their assigned trainer. During this session, your trainer will discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations we need to be aware of. You’ll also go through a few simple movements and become familiar with our equipment so we can understand exactly where you’re starting from.
Using this information, your trainer will design a personalized program tailored to your needs so that you’re ready to get started on your first day of training.
There is a $50 consultation fee, which must be paid before your scheduled appointment (either online or in person). If the fee is not paid in advance, your consultation will be canceled.
Please contact your trainer directly via text message by 5:00pm the day before your session (business cards with contact information are at the front desk).
Cancel by 5:00pm the day before: You can reschedule within 30 days. In order to be eligible to reschedule, you must text (not call) your trainer by 5:00pm the day before.
Cancel after 5:00pm the day before: Session is lost. Late cancels and no-shows will count against your attendance but can be rescheduled for a $50 fee.
