What type of memberships do you offer?

Our studio specializes semi-private personal training memberships, focusing solely on personalized training sessions. Unlike an open gym, our approach ensures a more intimate and attentive environment. Each member benefits from tailored training programs and dedicated attention from our certified trainers. In addition to semi-private personal training, we also offer group training memberships but we are not an open gym.

We also offer a specialized Parkinson’s Program, designed to support individuals living with Parkinson’s disease through safe, targeted exercise led by trainers experienced in working with this population.

Can I put my membership on hold if I can't make it and for how long?

You are able to put your membership on hold for up to one month if you are injured, busier than usual, or expecting to spend time out of town. Membership holds must be submitted in writing even if discussed by phone or in person, so both you and our staff have a record to reference.


Please let the office staff know and we will give you a form to fill out. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically restart your membership when your hold period is complete. Memberships can be put on hold up to two times per year for up to one month for each hold.

If you're unable to come in, you may submit your request in writing by email to [email protected]. Your request must include:

-A statement requesting the hold

-Your first day out

-Your expected return date

A weekly hold fee will apply during the hold period to reserve your spot. Hold fee depends on your membership type and is outlined in your membership agreement.

During the hold, your regular membership payments will be paused. When you return, your billing will resume where it left off, and your membership end date will be extended by the duration of the hold. Membership fees will not be refunded or prorated for the time on hold. Membership holds will not be backdated.

Memberships on hold without payment will be considered inactive and canceled.

How do personal training consultations work?

Every personal training client at Still Got It Fitness begins with a one-on-one consultation with their assigned trainer. During this session, your trainer will discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations we need to be aware of. You’ll also go through a few simple movements and become familiar with our equipment so we can understand exactly where you’re starting from.

Using this information, your trainer will design a personalized program tailored to your needs so that you’re ready to get started on your first day of training.

There is a $50 consultation fee, which must be paid before your scheduled appointment (either online or in person). If the fee is not paid in advance, your consultation will be canceled.

What are your hours?

Can I come in to try a class?

Yes, to help you find the right program, we offer a free trial class. To get started, you can book a free consultation to learn more about the different classes we have to offer or contact us through our chat feature on our website.

Do you take insurance?

Please contact your insurance company to see what fitness benefits they offer as we do not work directly with insurance companies.

Do you work with people who have injuries or have had previous injuries?

Yes, we work with clients who have or had injuries, as long as you are cleared from your doctor to exercise. We also have many clients that begin working with us after completing post-cardiac rehab and physical therapy.

How much does a membership cost?

The cost of a membership depends on which type of program you join. We recommend scheduling a free consultation so that we can get a better understanding of your goals and current fitness level so that we can recommend the right program for you.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my personal training session?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your personal training session, please contact your trainer directly. Sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours notice can be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice can be made up for a fee.

Note: It is best to contact your trainer directly through text message to cancel or reschedule sessions. This ensures they receive the message quickly and have it in writing to reference and our trainers are unable to answer phone calls while working.

How do I reserve a class or update my payment method?

To make class reservations or update your billing information, you can log into our member website using this link. Our member site is powered by ZenPlanner. Reservations are required for Functional Training sessions. (Personal training sessions are automatically reserved at the time of sign-up.)

What if I want to change my membership?

All membership plan changes (e.g., frequency upgrades/downgrades) go into effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not offer partial month adjustments or prorated refunds for changes made mid-cycle.

We are located in Lomita and since 2016 we have been serving the South Bay area with members coming from Lomita, Torrance, Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Redondo Beach, and San Pedro.
