What type of memberships do you offer?
Our studio specializes semi-private personal training memberships, focusing solely on personalized training sessions. Unlike an open gym, our approach ensures a more intimate and attentive environment. Each member benefits from tailored training programs and dedicated attention from our certified trainers. In addition to semi-private personal training, we also offer group training memberships but we are not an open gym.
You are able to put your membership on hold for up to one month if you are injured, busier than usual, or expecting to spend time out of town. Please let the office staff know and we will give you a form to fill out. We’ll need a start and finish date as we will automatically to restart your membership when your hold period is complete. Memberships can be put on hold up to two times per year. Any membership that is on hold for longer than a month will be subjected to a fee of $20 per month.
Our office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday thru Friday. Although we have sessions outside of those times, our office hours are the best time to reach us. If you are looking to learn more about our programs, we recommend scheduling a consultation.
Yes, we offer a free trial class to anyone who wants to try for the first time. The best way to get started is to book a free discovery call to find the right class for you. You can also contact us through our chat widget.
Please contact your insurance company to see what fitness benefits they offer as we do not work directly with insurance companies.
Yes, we work with clients who have or had injuries, as long as you are cleared from your doctor to exercise. We also have many clients that begin working with us after completing post-cardiac rehab and physical therapy.
The cost of a membership depends on which type of program you join. We recommend scheduling a free consultation or discovery call so that we can get a better understanding of your goals and current fitness level so that we can recommend the right program for you.
