Personal Training

Functional Training

Work with a personal trainer in a small group setting. Exercises are designed to mimic real-life activities so that you can move better and live better. Every day is a new workout.

Group Fitness

Group exercise classes designed by a Certified Functional Aging Specialist. Includes strength training, cardio, and balance and mobility classes.

Parkinson's Program

Slow down the progression of Parkinson's. Includes Parkinson's specific exercises in flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular conditioning as well as dual-tasking activities to improve cognition.

I've been searching forever for a gym with small group classes for older adults that included strength training, balance, and agility. Most gyms and physical trainers are geared only to those in their 20s to 50s, not considering that the muscles and ligaments in someone in their 60s and older are not as flexible or strong as in younger people. I was so happy to find the Functional Mobility class. I love that it includes so many different forms of strength training, balance and agility exercises all done in a circuit. Each time I've gone, there have been different exercises. I just love it.
